This article is meant as a resource. When I was first getting into indoor cycling there was no basic source of information. Why should I train with watts? What’s the actual difference between training platforms? What do training platforms even do? Why use a training plan? To answer these questions you either buy a book that may or may not be full with fluff, or you read a bunch of short articles that don’t really say much.
